Jyoti Sharma, a Post Graduate in Business Management, has a wide range of experience in corporate sector and in outdoor adventures. She is a certified trainer with 'Train the Trainer' certification from a premier institute. While working in an experiential learning organization, she trained students, teachers and corporates on various leadership competencies. She is well versed in conducting training need analysis, developing interactive training sessions, and facilitating the fun & learning based team building programs. Having spearheaded a business unit with Royal Bank of Scotland for almost a decade in training, she can easily interplay training modules between a kindergarten student and corporate executives. An accomplished mountaineer, she has participated in the All India Women Expedition to Annapurna Circuit, Nepal and has scaled several peaks including Stok Kangri and Mount Yunam. She has worked in a top leadership school in Bangalore as an instructor for two years. Her experience in different fields brings wide perspectives to her interactions with her trainees.
