Methodology

We focus on the hands-on methodology by way of modelling, demonstrative and experiential form of training. We first like to identify the specific training requirements of our clients, then conceptualise and tailor – make programs to meet their precise needs. Classroom training, virtual sessions, multi-media based sessions, mock sessions, role plays and practical sessions by competent trainers impart in-the-moment coaching to the participants. Such experiential learning not only increases motivation, concentration and retention, but also results in an immersive learning experience.

Experiential Learning Cycle

Our trainings encourage the learners to get involved in the subject rather than passively consume information.
